Our Workshops

Where else can you receive 20 to 30 or more hours of FREE workshops, consultations and support designed to educate, empower and prepare you for home ownership?

1. The first workshop is given in a group format and covers the basics of the program.
• Introduction to the We Help 247 team and system.
• Introduction to the benefits of Owning versus Renting.
• Introduction to the Credit Improvement System.
• Introduction to the Loan Help program.
• Introduction and Review of the Rent To Own program.
• Introduction and Review of the revitalization program.
2. After the first workshop, you'll be assigned a sponsoring Advisor who will provide an Action Plan consultation.
• Receive a "personal" review of your credit report. A line by line comprehensive review of the good and the bad information that may be reporting on your report.
• Receive a personalized plan on how to not only improve your score, but manage your credit profile long-term.
• Receive a comprehensive timeline to ownership with required action steps.
• Receive information relating to how much you will be able to borrow based upon your debt and income information.
• Receive information on how to build good credit by establishing specific tradelines.
3. After completing the Action Plan consultation, program participants receive several more one-on-one consultations with their sponsoring Advisor. These consultations include additional training and education as well as ongoing feedback and results of the credit restoration efforts with an emphasis on budgeting, and sourcing the right home.
4. As a program participant reaches the point in which they are within 30 days of closing, our Advising team will provide one or two closing consultations that include information on all the aspects that have to do with the closing. This includes an overview of the purchase and sale contracts, the HUD, and much more.
